Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, we will perform a quality check and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
